🌿 Today, the children at ‪@openbookfoundation‬ participated in a calming and energising yoga session where they learned basic postures and breathing techniques. Alongside practice, they were also taught about the many benefits of yoga — from improving concentration and flexibility to reducing stress and building inner strength.

💡 Through simple poses and mindful breathing, the children discovered how yoga helps keep the mind focused, the body balanced, and the heart calm. It was a refreshing break from routine, giving them a chance to reconnect with themselves and their well-being.

📚 At ‪@openbookfoundation‬ , we believe in nurturing the overall development of every child. Activities like yoga not only support physical health but also promote emotional stability and self-discipline.

Understanding the need
Open Book Foundation wants to help children who are deprived of studies due to some reason. We believe that only by getting good education can the development of children and society take place.

Our Solution
What could be a better help than being given the opportunity to read? Our mission is to show the path of equal education to children of small villages, beyond their circumstances, doing everything possible, which can lead to their development.

The Impact
From 2008 till today, we have inspired and impacted the development of 50,000 children towards education. By joining the foundation, children also learn other skills which helps them in increasing job opportunities.

BECOME A PART OF THE CHANGE
An initiative for kids who desire to read and develop skills using technology but are restricted from doing so by their lack of education and access to high-quality education. They may be helpless, but we are not! Everyone's definition of "good deed" varies, and Open Book Foundation defines "good deed" as an act done not only for the betterment of yourself but for your loved ones too. Children who are denied access to education for a variety of reasons, are the focus of Open Book Foundation. We think that children and society can thrive only through quality education.
