700 buildings in Lebanon’s second-largest city, Tripoli, are at risk of collapse, but the actual number could be a lot higher. Local officials blame aging infrastructure and a lack of maintenance. There's a shortage of funds to deal with the problem, and many say illegal construction has played a part.
