The IDoc exchange between SAP ERP and 3rd party systems in flat file format was provided in middleware solutions like SAP PI/PO or SAP Business Connector. However the current SAP Integration Suite IDoc Adapter does not support this format. For a migration to SAP Integration Suite, this format is still needed.
