1. Try to have a 3 hour study session before lunch whether you are a night owl or an early bird. That makes the rest of the day easy to utilise.
2. Reduce your wake-up to study latency.
3. You can club a prelunch long study session (3 hrs ) with post lunch shorter sessions (1.5 hrs each)- will not make you tired.
