New KOMPETE Early Access Gameplay - Patch v0.48 (WIP)

Here is everything we have updated:

General
-Added Short Shorts to work with the female character.

Mahzookoo South
-Added cliffs throughout the entire island.
-Added a new water color.
-Updated Crown Jewel with new walls, foliage, and props.
-Updated Eastgate with more containers.
-Updated Bella Vista with more foliage.
-Updated District 7 with more billboards, rocks, and foliage.

Mahzookoo North
-Added more outposts for loot.
-Added a new water color.
-Polished the rocks.
-Decreased the foliage.
-Fixed a bugged window at Langley Track.

Blitz Royale
-Added new redemption, and circle audio.
-Adjusted the volume for the retro car.

Social Deduction
-Fixed a bug that was causing a crash when eliminating a Citizen.
