How a Pro-Lock® works!
The first colour coded, reusable and low carbon solution to lock-out needs. Designed in the UK, distributed throughout the world.
1. Secure the valve handle to be locked with the wire.
2. Secure the wire to a fixed point.
3. Unscrew the top of the Pro-Lock® far enough to enable introduction of the wire from the side.
4. Slot the wire into the Pro-Lock®
5. Screw down the top and tighten by hand.
6. Slide the Pro-Lock® along the wire to the optimum position.
7. Hard tighten the device using the Pro-Lock® Operating Tool that can be supplied.
8. For added security or logging add padlocks or security seals, as necessary.
