What's up everyone, so yeah I'm making my comeback to the Ruby this year and wanted to explain the whole situation.

Been dealing with a bunch of injuries, hormones all over the place, thyroid issues, estrogen problems, the whole nine yards. getting blood work done today to figure out what's actually going on with my body cause something is definitely off.

Had that car accident back in 2013, been grinding for 10 years, and now everything's catching up to me.

feeling tired all the time, holding water, not dropping weight like I should. getting checked out at the rejuvenation clinic and hopefully getting on testosterone, estrogen blockers, maybe growth hormone eventually.

Gonna lift smarter this time around my injuries - more reps, tension, squeezing, less heavy weight. can't afford to rip anything else up. insurance is covering most of it thank god.

It takes a long time to clean them up and make them look better than their first release (720p to 1440p/4k 60, with some color correction / color grading sometimes).
