Provides uniformly absorbent surface for most surface coverings, especially heavy paper and materials.

How to Cut Wallpaper for Cross Lining

Essential on non- porous surfaces because its absorbency enables subsequent papers to dry quickly.

Evens porosity on surfaces of varying absorbency e.g. over large areas of making good.

Helps mask surface irregularities, e.g. or surfaces that have received considerable making good, whether painting or paperhanging is specified in the finish.
