Ever just see a piece of trash and think... "Hey, I could use that for something!" Yeah, us too! 😅 And that's exactly what we did this past week. We put a giant piece of discarded plastic trash to good use by keeping it out of the landfill and turning it into something that protects our wall tent from excess rain (like we had back in June) and the imminent snow load. Not to mention saving us a little bit of cash!
Winter is upon us- whether we want to believe it or not- and while we actually sweat our buns off doing this project, we feel SO much better that it's done and we're now officially ready for snow.
But for real though, how bout this HOT September weather, right? Fellow Minnesotans, are you loving or hating this September heat?
And speaking of fall, Ted was able to get all the superfluous honey off his hives and the whole family spent an evening listening to John Prine and spinning and jarring all this seasons honey to get it ready to be sold!
