In this Japan travel vlog, we take the famous Shinkansen bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto, one of the fastest and most comfortable ways to travel across Japan. The journey itself is an experience, and along the way we were lucky enough to catch a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from the train window.

After arriving in Kyoto, we checked into our hotel and immediately stepped out to explore the city. Our first stop was Kyoto Gyoen National Garden, where we walked through peaceful paths surrounded by stunning autumn colors. The fall foliage in Kyoto during this season is truly magical, with vibrant shades of red, orange, and yellow everywhere.

Next, we headed towards the iconic Kiyomizu-dera, one of Kyoto’s most famous temples and a must-visit spot in Japan. The atmosphere around the temple area was lively and full of traditional charm. While exploring the streets nearby, we also came across fresh mochi being made, which is always fun to watch and a classic Japanese street food experience.

Even though we didn’t film it, Kyoto’s nightlife and evening atmosphere added another beautiful side to the city. The streets, shops, and traditional surroundings make Kyoto feel magical after sunset.
