While we're not using the line for its original intended applications instead we're using the slack-line to Super Charge our personal training workout routines with resistance training and cardio.
This video shows some basic exercises as well as a few more advanced slackline exercises. Be careful when trying these exercises

What are Slacklining workouts?
The lines we use for slackline exercises are either 1 inch wide slack-lines or 2 inch tricklines. Instead of waliking on the line, like yogaslackers do, or doing bouncing tricks and flips like the tricklining experts do, we're using the lines as a destabilizer.
Removing or reducing stability with the slackline makes every single exercise more difficult. This means you're taking it up a notch with exercises to do on a slackline. Our body uses more stabilizer muscles to accomplish each exercise.
So, in addition to a slackline core work out you can train your whole body with resistance training and cardio exercises.
This means better results in less time with each slacklining workout.
