Key announcements included initiatives in maritime security, cancer prevention, digital infrastructure, and semiconductor supply chains. The Quad also launched a first-ever ship observer mission and announced India’s new Quad STEM Fellowship for students in the Indo-Pacific. The leaders reaffirmed the Quad as a “force for global good” and adopted the Wilmington Declaration for future cooperation.
