Описание: This project includes a four-story, 123-room hotel with two levels of below-grade parking with 111 spaces. The hotel will house a ground-level pool, meeting space and energy-efficient features including a green roof to help with stormwater runoff. All guest rooms on the second, third and fourth floors will be modular constructed off-site and delivered completed to the project.
