For Dave's birthday, we went to the Olympic Park Velopark for a taster session on the track bikes. I, along with almost everyone else there, had never been on an indoor track or track bike before. I am aware there's not a lot of info from the session itself: you'll need to go and try it to find out, but I hope this gives you an idea of how much fun it really is!
