I'm EV-swapping and body-swapping my rust-free 1997 BMW Z3 1.9 auto to make my dream restomod electric GT car. In this episode the first bolts come out, along with the first fluids. I sell the cat, get the air con degassed, and remove the radiator, air con components, and transmission cooler. And I spend most of the episode with a headache - both self-inflicted and not.
The car proves to be incredibly clean underneath, with bolts slipping out with just hand tools - mostly. Though I do find out that the people who undersealed it for me weren't exactly meticulous.
