These are some of the myths we come across ALL the time and we want to finally abolish them!🥱

1. You join because you want to join the Army! 🪖
We’re a youth organisation sponsored by the MOD but we are NOT the Army✋

2. It’s expensive💸
It doesn’t cost much to be a Cadet and there are lots of grants we try to give our Cadets, so you can enjoy the experience without having to spend much at all!💷

3. It’s the same as other youth organisations🚸
We offer opportunities and qualifications like no other club or organisation!🙌

4. It doesn’t teach you anything🧑‍🏫
Through practical activities and being taught, Cadets learn SO much and gain qualifications too!📝

5. It’s a recruitment process for the Army🎯
Like we said at the start, we AREN’T the Army! You can choose to join the @britisharmy after but there is no requirement or pressure to do so!💫
