The humanitarian landscape continues to experience a deterioration in humanitarian access in many of the most challenging contexts.
Please join the CSIS Humanitarian Agenda and the Norwegian Refugee Council for joint keynote speeches from Assistant to the Administrator of USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, Sarah Charles and Jan Egeland, Secretary General of the Norwegian Refugee Council. Ms. Charles will speak on efforts USAID is taking to ensure principled humanitarian access around the world. Mr. Egeland will offer remarks on NRC’s efforts to achieve critical access across their operations. Following their remarks, there will be a moderated conversation between Assistant to the Administrator Charles and Mr. Egeland and audience members.
