Ms. Swarna Tamrakar has dedicated more than two decades to the Non-Ferrous Metal business. Ms. Tamrakar is the co-founder and lead formulator of Dil Kumari Essentials, an initiative aimed at preserving grandmother’s recipes and holistic methods for maintaining healthy skin, hair, and overall wellness. Currently, she holds the position of co-chair at the Women Entrepreneurship Development Committee within the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), General Secretary of Nepal-US Alumni Network (NUSAN) and serves as Treasurer at the Nepal Metal Association of Trade and Commerce.   / swarnatamrakar  

Adv. Santosh Sigdel is a rights activist engaged in the promotion and protection of human rights for the last 16 years. He holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights from the Central European University, Hungary and Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the Tribhuvan university. Adv. Sigdel has extensive work experiences on freedom of expression, transitional justice, right to information, and has worked with national and international organizations such as UNDP, International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) Article19, CARE Nepal. While serving for more than 8 years in the board of Internet Society Nepal, including as a chair, he led many policy discourses, research, and activities on several digital rights related issues.
