Tomtop's a ripoff! Mjx bugs 3 Mini

Описание: I purchased this mjx bugs 3 Mini from tomtop and they sent it to me with a defective motor. The coil piece of copper was severed on the inside and clearly happened before the item is packaged. They refused to give me a doa on a replacement, they also refused to pay for a new one to be sent to me even though I purchased the additional shipping insurance which ensures that I will receive a working unit if I receive a defective one. Instead they found the cheapest motor they could on eBay with a 40 day shipping time and said just to buy the motors and fix it myself. This is so incredibly frustrating I went back and forth with them trying to get them to understand that I don't buy drones to work on them I buy them to review them and the condition in which they arrived out of the box is very important to a review. My channel on here is not very well built up it's not my main Channel and I mainly in contract to do reviews by outside sources as well as merchants and other companies do to a high level of quality of reviews. Even after telling them this they would not help me they would not just ship me a new unit I even offered to pay to send the other unit back and pay for the shipping on the return unit and they still refused. Well I got the motors finally and I tried to do it and guess what folks they sent me the wrong ones. Now I know you can just reverse there wires to go different directions the problem was they weren't even the right size. So now I have to deal with this with eBay. Tom top and I had a good run for a bit there but I would stay away from them they don't really Place Insurance on your packages they just lie and say they do if you contact the shipper they'll tell you there's no insurance on the packages. And even if they tell you you're insured on a new drone if it arrives damaged or not working they're lying all they will do is send you the pieces to fix it yourself like you're some kind of drone expert. Not everyone in the hobby has been in the hobby long enough to be able to be confident and fixing things like this pisses me off to no end. I really really like the mjx bugs 3 Mini toois awesome, now mine's just a paper way and I spent more on shipping and return fees and restocking fees than I did the whole damn unit.
