This is very simple project. I used 9 laser diode and LDR(light Depended Resistor) for sensing laser light. Then 9 CH ADC detect LDR value when laser is ON and also when laser is OFF and captured LDR output value to two different variable. In every time you run this system will calibrate first. After calibration system always check if current value is less than captured or not. (When Laser light not in LDR, LDR value become down).
If any LDR miss laser light microcontroller send data to PC by USB TTL converter or MAX232. Then vb.net application generate MIDI tone according to received data.
