As part of the Unlanded project, I was responsible for creating 3D models used in the game's cinematic sequences. My work covered the full modeling pipeline — from high-poly sculpting to optimization and preparation of final assets for integration into the scenes. I collaborated closely with animators and cinematic directors to ensure the visuals matched the game’s distinctive style and conveyed the intended atmosphere through environments, objects, and vehicles.
Particular emphasis was placed on the artistic expressiveness of the models, as Unlanded’s cinematics serve both narrative and aesthetic purposes. Many of the scenes were designed to evoke emotion, so it was essential to communicate the scale, abstraction, and surreal nature of the game world through thoughtful design and detail.
