YODEL SUCKS ! The worst delivery company in the UK!

This happens everyday and has been going on for many years who else has had this experience?

If you are a collector or have a business or any other service that needs reliable service or valuable items you might be in for few headaches selecting this service or having things delivered by them

Always use a tracked and insured service for high value items .
Know your consumer rights and be very careful. Be careful which service you use get it insured if necessary and know the pros and cons by using any service

If a parcel is undelivered likely by eBay or Vinted you should be able to claim a refund check your options

You may be entitled in some circumstances also for compensation. See your terms and conditions from both your service you purchased or sold and check the courier service page too.

There are many courier services to choose so pick the best one for yourself.

Any items stolen should file a police report it can be hassle or time consuming but I'd recommend it. it might be small chance you could get it back but highly unlikely.
