First of my latest models to fall of the build-table is the HobbyKing Mini Stick ARF which I've converted to nitro-power using a Cox TD 010 engine.
I also wasn't too happy with the idea of using CA hinges for the ailerons (too stiff) so I used transparent covering film to create the hinges and this worked really well.
Right now it has a 1S 350mAH battery for the FrSky RC gear but, if I want to get the weight under the 100g mark, I'm probably going to have to use a 180mAH one.
Still, it's all finished and ready to fly so on the next fine day, when I have an observer, the flight video will be forthcoming.
