Subject: Super Mario World: The After Years is a ROM hack that tells the story of the Mushroom Kingdom into the distant future where Mario, Luigi, Peach and anybody in that time no longer exist. Now a new cast of characters are left to run the show in a world we're all familiar with. Anyways, the hack is your Standard Chocolate Hack (Aka alot of custom content.) with a story. It is also the very first ROM hack that I created. Originally it was rejected..., so I decided to revise about 80% of the hack and label it the Ultra Edition. This was officially accepted and released onto Super Mario World Central. (Fun Fact: Currently my only ROM hack officially submitted.)
We finally reach World 6 which is Ice/Water/Fire theme in that exact order. We start with the first level which is Artic Illusion. This level's main gimmick is that it transitions from an Ice to Fire level and at certain points you'll need to find a fire flower in order to proceed. This level is based on Titana from Starfox SNES as it had somewhat of a similar gimmick. Overall an interesting level to start the world off with.
