In this video I will be taking you on a tour of the South Street Seaport near Fulton Street in Lower Manhattan. The tour includes a walk through Piers 15 and 16 with a glimpse of Pier 17 since it was partially under construction. This video was filmed in warmer weather but I had not had a chance to upload.
