🌲 Visiting Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s CARNATION Home in Washington 🌲

Описание: 🎥 ⏪ On today’s episode of Culture Rewind, we are heading out to Carnation, Washington. I’m going to show you the very first house that Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love purchased in Washington. Last week we checked out the house they lived in on Lakeside Ave, where the music video for Sliver was filmed in their garage. The Carnation house was purchased on June 10, 1992 before they moved into the Lakeside house – which was about 9 months after this purchase.

Carnation is about an hour east of Seattle off of Washington Route 203. I would say it’s kind of out in the country, but still close enough to the city. You can see here as we drive just how rural it is out here. I can see why Kurt and Courtney chose a home out here. It feels like it is much further away from civilization than it really is. And it is a small town, population-wise. There are less than 3,000 people living here. Carnation has a cute downtown area, too, and I’ll show you that on the way out.
