In this video of Jake and Joel are Magic, Jake goes over The top 10 Gold Border MTG cards, from the history of Magic: the Gathering. Appearing in World Championship Decks from the late 90's to early 2000's, World Championship MTG decks featured the exact cards played by the pros in a given year. The only catch, is that all of the cards are gold border, and are not tournament legal. Fast forward to now: EDH (commander) is very expensive and some very strong reserved list cards are in gold border. I'm sure you have seen Gaea's Cradle continue to rise in 2021. Well, if you had purchased a World Championship deck with 4X Gaea's Cradle, you would be sitting on over $600 in value! We talk about his kind of stuff in the video, and highlight which gold border MTG cards are still good to pickup in 2021. Is it worth it to buy Gold Border EDH cards?
