How would you feel if it were true? That is the feeling state you will enter tonight as you drift into a restful sleep.

During this sleep meditation, your mind and body will be gently guided into a state akin to sleep, granting access to the depths of your own subconscious mind. Allow the gentle background affirmations to lull you into sleep as you enjoy the feelings that arise when you claim your desired reality now. This method is a favorite as it’s effective and encounters minimal resistance.

Remember, everything you can conceive is already yours. The only requirement is to claim it.
