These suspicious planes show up over my area from time to time, circling all day with their transponders turned off. It's a classic sign of surveillance craft from various three-letter agencies. They operate high-res cameras, thermal imagers, and sometimes Stingray devices to record cell phones. They're (probably) not after me, but it's a good reminder that the Feds are always snooping around!
