This profession is the one where you can never rest, leaving the stress of your clients behind. There are many reasons behind it. The first thing that coaches or practitioners should do is ask what that one thing that takes the most time is. Is it replying to the client's email or managing the accounts? The solution would be to work with someone or software that could handle the job. This was just one of the many ways I have discussed.

You will get to know a lot of reasons that sinks the energy of the coach or counselor. I have also talked about some of the solutions that could help people in this profession.
