STAR Response:

•Task (T): My primary task was to de-escalate the situation and find a solution to satisfy the customer.
•Action (A): I actively listened to their concerns, empathized with their frustration, and apologized for the inconvenience. I then researched the delay and offered alternative options, including expedited shipping or a partial refund.
•Result (R): By remaining calm, professional, and solution-oriented, I was able to calm the customer down. They ultimately accepted the expedited shipping option and expressed their appreciation for my help.
