It is really nice when you can find a home, when I started at John Knutson Company I was the last person hired by John Knutson. When Jack hired me there was a total of 10 people and only 5 CPA's. It is fun to be a place that has grown where the number of partners equals the number of CPA's when I started. To allow that to happen everyone has to learn to grow with time and the firm has allowed me to learn and grow which has allowed me to help my clients grow and thrive. I can use my knowledge to help everyone. As we have grown through the years it has now my turn to pass this knowledge down to others to continue that process to learn and grow. Because we have helped our clients for many years and sometimes many generations. Over that process things evolve and change and we continue to evolve and change the firm to evolve and change with our clients.
