Freman College's inclusive approach to music education has helped them create a community of young musicians within the school and developed their students' leadership skills.
This was the channel for MusicNet East, which has became Changing Tracks in 2020: www.changingtracks.org.uk Visit the website for resources, peer groups, training and more with and for music services.
Changing Tracks is a programme of peer support and learning, training and consultancy for and with music services wanting to improve equality, diversity and inclusion.
Our mission is to help music services to embed equality, diversity and inclusion throughout their organisational culture, strategy and practices, and model good practice for Hub partners.
We help music services to be more inclusive by providing FREE peer working groups, training and consultancy, advice and resources and funding for action research (currently nurture groups).
