👩🍳Ingredients for 4 people:
35g dried black fungus mushrooms
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
10cl water
Marinade:
350g pork shoulder (or chicken breast)
¼ tsp salt
Ground pepper
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
