A world first for a Winnipeg director.
His film -- Rumours -- premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in the Spring.
Just last month, it made its way to the Toronto International Film Festival screens.
This week, Guy Maddin and his co-directors, Evan and Galen Johnson are in Winnipeg for special screenings ahead of the theatre debut later this month.
Guy and Evan are in studio now for more.
