I arranged this song "The Want To Know" while driving in the backseat of a Suzuki van in 1987. I had confidence in the power of the song from the first day Bumba brought it to me to be arranged. Bumba won the Pic-O-De Crop Monarch that year with "They Want To Know" and "Love Your Own". This song has been etched in my mind as one of my more prolific arrangements/productions.
