Is Tesla Insurance any good?

You don't have to get Tesla Insurance to insure your vehicle and they are not available everywhere. From my experience, they seem to be the lowest but it comes at a cost. From dealings with them, they have had very poor customer service in terms of contacting someone over the phone. Processing claims have been long as well. Are you willing to put up with it because of their pricing?
