As I was sitting in this beautiful landscape, looking at the mountains, feeling totally safe and at peace, I was reflecting on that question. Where I live, I am often looking for places in nature that feel like a safe haven for me, I just didn‘t come across anything like that by now. During my time in Austria though I felt that several times. The nature and huge mountains that were surrounding me at all times emitted such peace, making me feel completely calm and with no sense of threat.

I recorded this piece in Italy, right after the Austrian border, where I found this beautiful area. Alsoo this is my second piece on the E Amara that I‘m sharing with you - it‘s lovely to bond with that scale more and more as she‘s singing her first stories 💛
