Hey guys! I hope you enjoy these super easy delicious recipes! I learnt 2 things whilst filming this... 1. It’s a miracle my baked goods turn out as great as they do given my oven knowledge 2. I am actually the clumsiest person on the planet LOL. Anyway, the full ingredients list is below!

Savoury egg muffins (Makes 12):
12 eggs (or equivalent number of egg whites. 12 whole eggs= 360g egg whites)
Your choice of chopped vegetables
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: Cheese/Parmesan
The Gym Chef tomato & herb seasoning (tastes like pizza!)* linked above
Sweet muffins (Makes 12 large or 18-20 cupcakes):
2 RIPE bananas
160g oats
80g oat flour (or almond flour/protein powder)
40g syrup (honey/maple syrup/agave/coconut syrup)
1tsp baking powder
1tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
1/2tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
Filling ideas: blueberry & almond, cinnamon apple* & pumpkin seed, coconut & raspberry, choc chip
For the cinnamon toasted apples:
1 Apple
1tbsp coconut sugar (or demarara/brown sugar)
1/2tsp cinnamon
