Introduction to Agentforce: Is your Salesforce org ready?

Описание: Agentforce is Salesforce's bold entry into the world of agentic AI. As with most products Salesforce offers, they seek to give you an off-the-shelf solution that is easy to deploy and customize to deliver value. Agentforce natively integrates with the rest of your Salesforce org, which is a bit of a double-edged sword. If you've been doing the fundamentals (permissions, modularity, good descriptions for fields and flow variables, etc.) well, you've been training Agentforce to help you all along. If you haven't been diligent on these matters, then you have to get your house in order or else you'll be reducing the value and increasing the risk of Agentforce implementation.
