I really love birding and chickadees have a very tonal song and are common enough where I could record some good footage and audio to manipulate to create the flutey synth sound for this track. I’m also accompanied by banging on the back of the nylon string processed through a cassette, the nylon string played at two times speed on microcassette, Volca FM, electric guitar, and falsetto backing vocals that everyone is lucky to have never heard isolated.
I recorded this as usual, with my macbook placed just off-screen and using the macbook microphone to pick up the guitar and my voice. I have actual microphones but I don’t have stands with me right now so that’s the best I can do lol.
