VELOSAFE bietet GPS-Tracking, europaweite Versicherung, Pannenhilfe und bis zu 80 % günstigere Versicherungskosten – nahtlos integriert für Hersteller und Endkundinnen und Endkunden.

Die Zahlen sprechen für sich: Drei von vier gestohlenen Rädern werden wiedergefunden. Falls nicht, erhalten Kunden einen direkten Ersatz vom Hersteller, sodass sie im Ökosystem des Herstellers bleiben. Tout Terrain hat VELOSAFE bereits erfolgreich als Pilotpartner gelauncht – die Lösung steht nun allen E-Bike-Herstellern in Europa zur Verfügung. Weitere Partner integrieren das Produkt bereits ab 2026.

What happens if your e-bike is stolen or breaks down on the road?

IoT Venture has launched a new mobility guarantee in collaboration with LAKA and Tout Terrain, as part of an EIT Urban Mobility funding programme. VELOSAFE offers seamless integration for manufacturers and end customers, providing GPS tracking, Europe-wide insurance and breakdown assistance, as well as insurance costs up to 80% cheaper.

The statistics speak for themselves: three out of four stolen bikes are recovered. If not, customers receive a direct replacement from the manufacturer, enabling them to remain within the manufacturer's ecosystem. Tout Terrain has already successfully launched VELOSAFE as a pilot partner, and the solution is now available to all e-bike manufacturers in Europe. Other partners are integrating the product for a launch in 2026.
