Potato Cheese Pancake Recipe

🌸 Egg - 1 medium size
🌸 Sugar - 50g - 70g (adjust to your taste)
🌸 Milk - 50ml (52g)
🌸 Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
🌸 Baking powder - 4g
🌸 Rice flour - 100g

OPTIONAL:
🌸 Vanilla extract - 1 Tsp
🌸 Cheese (toppings)

🍒 Steam on medium heat for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Don't steam too long the muffins get dry.
