No matter what your specific issue is, digital distractions make sleep much harder. One of the best things I’ve personally done is blocking my phone from all the websites and apps I usually scroll on — starting at 9 PM until the next morning.
What’s especially great for those of us with ADHD is this:
we forget the block is even there.
