Описание: ไทยเวียตเจ็ท ประกาศมาตรการช่วยเหลือผู้โดยสาร กรณีท่าอากาศยานแม่ฟ้าหลวง เชียงราย ปิดให้บริการชั่วคราว

📣 เนื่องด้วย ท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติแม่ฟ้าหลวง เชียงราย จำเป็นต้องปิดให้บริการชั่วคราวในวันนี้ ทางสายการบินจำเป็นต้องมีการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินเส้นทางเชียงราย และเปลี่ยนแปลงเส้นทางบินไปยังเชียงใหม่

จากประกาศฉบับที่ 2 ของท่าอากาศยานแม่ฟ้าหลวง เชียงราย เรื่อง ต่ออายุการปิดทางวิ่งออกไปอีก 3 วัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2565 เวลา 06.00 น. จนถึง วันที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2565 เวลา 22.00 น.

สายการบินไทยเวียตเจ็ท มีความจำเป็นที่ต้องงดให้บริการเที่ยวบินขาเข้าและขาออก ณ ท่าอากาศยานแม่ฟ้าหลวง เชียงราย จนถึง วันที่ 3 สิงหาคม 2565 เวลา 22.00 น.

1. ผู้โดยสารที่มีเที่ยวบินเส้นทางในระหว่าง เชียงราย และสุวรรณภูมิ สามารถเปลี่ยนเส้นทางบินไปยัง เชียงใหม่ โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายได้ฟรี 1 ครั้ง (วันเดินทางต้องเป็นวันเดินทางเดิมตามที่ระบุอยู่ในบัตรโดยสาร)

2. ผู้โดยสารเที่ยวบินข้ามภาค เชียงราย ไปยัง หาดใหญ่ และ ภูเก็ต สามารถเปลี่ยนเส้นทางบินไปที่ สุวรรณภูมิ เพื่อต่อเที่ยวบินไปยังสนามบินปลายทางได้ฟรี 1 ครั้ง (วันเดินทางใหม่ต้องไม่เกิน 3 วันนับจากวันเดินทางเดิม)

3. ท่านสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงเที่ยวบินโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายได้ฟรี 1 ครั้ง โดยเที่ยวบินใหม่จะต้องเป็นเที่ยวบินของสายการบินไทยเวียตเจ็ท และเดินทางภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันเดินทางเดิม สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงเที่ยวบินโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยตนเองได้ที่ https://bit.ly/3vhqr8D

4. ท่านสามารถเก็บรักษายอดเงินเต็มจำนวนที่ท่านได้ชำระไว้จากเที่ยวบินนี้ เพื่อใช้ในการสำรองที่นั่ง หรือซื้อบริการต่างๆ ของสายการบินในเครือเวียตเจ็ทแอร์ในครั้งถัดไปภายในระยะเวลา 180 วัน นับจากวันเดินทางเดิม

5. รับคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนกลับสู่ช่องทางเดิมที่ท่านได้ทำการจองบัตรโดยสาร โดยใช้ระยะเวลาดำเนินการภายใน 45 วัน

📣Due to Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport temporarily closed today, all the flight to/from Chiang Rai had been canceled.

From the second announcement of Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai International Airport regarding the extension of the closure of the runway for another 3 days from August 1, 2022 at 6:00 a.m. until August 3, 2022 at 10:00 p.m., we have to suspend inbound and outbound flights from/to Chiang Rai until August 3, 2022 at 10:00 p.m.

1. Passengers with flights between Suvarnabhumi and Chiang Rai can change the route to Chiang Mai free of charge 1 time (travel date must be the same travel date as stated in the ticket).

2. Passengers with flights between Chiang Rai to Hat Yai and Phuket can change routes to Suvarnabhumi to connect to the flight for free 1 time (new travel date must not exceed 3 days from the original travel date).

3. Passengers can change flights for free 1 time, provided that the new travel date does not exceed 30 days from the original travel date
