Kerala Gold Scam| ED Submits More Proof Against M Sivasankar In Court

Описание: In a major in the Kerala gold scam, the ED has revealed the details of the proof against the Kerala CM's ex-principal secretary M Sivasankar.
In an affidavit submitted in a sessions court, ED referred to main accused Swapna Suresh's confession in which she claimed that Sivasankar was fully aware of gold being smuggled via diplomatic channels. According to the affidavit, Swapna has also claimed that Sivasankar's entire CMO team also knew about the gold smuggling.
