Dohnya lembut, jadi kurang sesuai digunakan untuk membuat tart yang terbuka. Bentuknya unik, seakan-akan buah nenas, cantik juga kalau nak buat sebagai buah tangan, lebih-lebih lagi musim perayaan pun hampir tiba. Tart nenas ini boleh disimpan pada suhu bilik sehingga 1 bulan.

BAHAN-BAHAN :
500 gm mentega bergaram (lembut, masih dingin) | 2 cawan dan 4 sudu besar
100 gm susu pekat manis | 5 sudu besar
33 gm gula icing | 3 sudu besar
2 biji kuning telur gred A (40 gm)
2 sudu teh esen vanilla
120 gm tepung jagung | 1 cawan dan 1.5 sudu besar
625 gm tepung gandum | 5 cawan

SAPUAN : 2 biji kuning telur gred A + beberapa titis pewarna kuning telur + 1 sudu teh air
SUHU MEMBAKAR : 150℃, 30 ke 40 minit, api atas bawah (kipas matikan), atau sehingga tapak tart sedikit keperangan. Panaskan ketuhar 15 minit.

You can keep the tart in room temperature for up to a month.

INGREDIENTS :
500 gm salted butter (softened, chilled) | 2 cups and 4 tbsp
100 gm sweetened condensed milk | 5 tbsp
33 gm powdered sugar | 3 tbsp
2 large egg yolks (40 gm)
2 tsp vanilla essence
120 gm corn flour | 1 cup and 1.5 tbsp
625 gm all purpose flour | 5 cups

EGG WASH : 2 large yolks + a few drops of egg yellow coloring + 1 tsp water
BAKING TEMPERATURE : 150℃, 30- 40 minutes, top and bottom fires (fan off), until the cookie base slightly brownish. Oven preheated 15 minutes.
