📌 RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients:
1 carrot
3 potatoes
1 zucchini
2 eggs
Parsley, dill
2 cloves garlic
Oregano, black pepper, salt
3 tablespoons flour
Olive oil
1 onion
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
6 mushrooms
Hard cheese

Directions:
Grate the vegetables, season with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix the eggs, herbs, garlic, and spices, and combine with the vegetables.
Add flour, form nests, and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Fry the onions, peppers, and mushrooms, and season.
Fill the nests with the filling, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes.
