High Protein Apple Crisp Ingredients:
Base:
1 sliced apple
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Crisp:
30g oats
15g chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Topping:
1/2 cup (118 ml) plain Greek yogurt
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Bake the apples for 10 minutes at 350° F (177° C), then add the topping and bake for 15 additional minutes.
Macros: 450 calories / 54g carbs / 13g fat / 30g protein
