₹20 Crore Cyber Fraud Busted in Bhubaneswar | 12 Inter-State Cyber Criminals Arrested

Описание: In a major breakthrough, the Commissionerate Police have busted a high-profile cyber fraud gang involved in a ₹20 crore cyber cheating racket. The Badagada Police arrested 12 inter-state cyber criminals, including 7 accused from Bihar and 4 from Kerala.

The mastermind, identified as Pankaj Kumar from Bihar, was running an organised cyber scam network. The gang used online apps and fake lottery schemes to gain public trust. Victims were misled through fraudulent letters claiming lottery winnings, following which they were cheated of lakhs of rupees.

Police investigations revealed that the gang adopted innovative cyber fraud techniques to trap innocent people across multiple states. Further investigation is underway to identify more victims and financial links.
